Custom-made products are suitable when your packaging should be individually designed and be part of your brand strategy. Standard products are ideal for smaller quantities or when a solution needs to be available quickly.

Among other things, high-quality packaging, carrier bags, pouches, printed ribbons and other packaging solutions are produced individually – tailored to the material, design and intended use.

Bijewa works with cardboard, art paper, velvet, faux leather, genuine leather, microfiber, wood, PP woven, RPET and cotton. For carrier bags, luxury paper (matte or glossy laminated), non-woven and thermo material are additionally available. Where possible we work with certified and recycled materials. The choice of material is tailored to product protection, tactile feel and brand positioning.

Yes. Packaging elements such as boxes, bags, and accessories can be coordinated with one another.

The minimum quantity depends on the specific product, material and design. Custom special productions are generally manufactured for quantities starting at 500 units. For smaller quantities, standard products or items from stock are available.

Yes. The paper we use for packaging cartons and carrier bags is mostly FSC-certified. Other materials, such as the board used for the cartons, PP woven, PP non-woven, RPET (approx. 5 bottles per bag), etc., are largely recycled. Cotton bags are optionally available in organic or Fairtrade quality. Where technically possible, we use adhesives and water-based inks.
